Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FAST FLEET SOLUTIONS LTD. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Manage Daily Operations
    • Oversee the flow of information within the team
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Administrative Support
    • Open and distribute mail and other materials
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
    • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to customer inquiries
  • Project Management
    • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Team player with a strong work ethic
    • Reliability, accountability, and dependability
