About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Mem Engineering Inc. as a key member of our project development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough technical analyses of survey and field data to inform the development of topographic, soil, hydrological, and other information, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with clients and engineering team members to determine project requirements, and conduct research to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Develop and implement construction specifications and procedures to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Verify that construction plans meet all relevant building codes and regulations, and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Establish and manage construction work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable building and construction materials to meet project needs.
  • Review and approve survey and civil design work to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor technicians, technologists, and other engineers, and review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
