About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for performing structural analysis, seismic qualification, and assessment, as well as designing and managing structural systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis, seismic qualification, and assessment of structural systems.
  • Design and manage structural systems, including steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry elements.
  • Prepare engineering design calculations and documents, and compile engineering packages.
  • Adhere to applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze structural systems and elements using analysis software programs.
  • Assist in timely and quality project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

  • Civil Engineering degree from an accredited university.
  • 8-12 years of experience in structural analysis and design, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Deep understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of standard codes and standards used in civil/structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in analysis software programs, such as StaadPro, SAP2000, and ETABS.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
