Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Professional to join our team at Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Checkout Operations: Accurately scan or enter product data, handle cash and coupon transactions, and maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
  • Merchandising: Ensure proper documentation is completed for customer receipts and returns, and maintain designated areas to promote sales and customer engagement.
  • Loss Prevention: Adhere to loss prevention standards, control cash and inventory, and report any discrepancies or concerns to management.
  • General: Present a professional image, comply with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and image.

  • Planning and Organization: Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communication: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
