About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Fortinos, where we are passionate about providing our customers with a memorable experience and a personal touch to our in-store shopping experience.
As a Baker, you will directly serve customers by taking orders and accurately labeling products. You will provide friendly service by answering customer questions and sharing your knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately scan products and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Carry out company-directed promotions and programs to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain product displays and ensure that all products are properly stocked and faced.
- Keep the department area organized and clean, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- A great teammate with an attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to learn new things and take on new challenges.
What We Offer
