**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Professional Biologist to join our team in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ecological assessments related to real estate development projects involving riparian area setback, RAPR & SEDPA reports, Wetlands Assessments, Bird Surveys, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct ecological assessments for real estate development projects
  • Prepare RAPR & SEDPA reports, Wetlands Assessments, and Bird Surveys
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to minimize environmental liability

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of wildlife, ecology, and riparian expertise
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
