Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic Apprentice to join our team. In this role, you will gain valuable experience in repairing and maintaining heavy equipment used in construction projects. You will work alongside experienced technicians, learning the intricacies of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the repair and maintenance of a variety of heavy equipment, including trucks, excavators, loaders, and graders.
  • Perform routine inspections and identify potential issues.
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Support mobile work crews by providing on-site mechanical assistance.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
