Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Food Quality: Ensure that our food meets our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
