About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at 10180303 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including crops, equipment, and work areas.
  • Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure optimal crop growth.
  • Assist with the harvesting and packaging of crops for market.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as sprayers, fertilizers, and irrigation systems.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in greenhouse or agricultural settings an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
