Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team at Manitoba Ltd as a Greenhouse Labourer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including crops, equipment, and work areas.
  • Perform tasks such as weeding, pruning, and fertilizing to ensure optimal crop growth.
  • Assist with the harvesting and packaging of crops for market.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as irrigation systems and sprayers.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily and seasonal goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
