Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to foster a high-performing team.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure accountability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure business stability and growth.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters, promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations, fostering partnerships and growth.
