Position Overview

The role of the Cleaning Supervisor at Canadian Clean and Maintenance involves overseeing cleaning operations to ensure a pristine environment across various settings.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to confined spaces.
  • Working in wet or damp conditions.
  • Potential for odorous environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaning personnel in their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of approximately 5-10 cleaning staff.
