Position Overview: As a Skilled Journeyman Plumbing Specialist, you will undertake a variety of plumbing responsibilities, including installations, repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks. Your work will primarily focus on new residential constructions, ensuring adherence to local regulations and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, encompassing pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems to identify the most effective solutions.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and contractors to enhance project efficiency.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards in all work performed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized work area, including the proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Journeyman Plumber license (or equivalent certification).
  • At least 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with diverse plumbing systems and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Physical capability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and handle various tools and equipment.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
