Job Title: Night Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Supervisor to join our team at Powder King Mountain Resort Inc.

Job Summary:

The Night Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing guidance to staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Requisition materials and supplies
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a remote location
Work Environment:

The Night Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with staff members to ensure the smooth operation of night shift activities.
