About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Seven Star Centre ST. Liquor Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Merchandise and Sales: Order merchandise, establish work schedules, and prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters.
  • Customer Service: Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
