As a Product Owner within the Cards Division at National Bank, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the execution strategy for various projects. Your focus will be on ensuring comprehensive delivery of business capabilities, particularly as they evolve within the credit card ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize a clear vision to maximize value delivery, while considering interdependencies across various sectors.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
- Take ownership of initiative delivery and contribute to the successful execution of the development roadmap.
- Facilitate effective change management processes that are integrated and comprehensive.
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance product offerings and user experiences.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on initiative progress and product vision.
Your Team:
You will be part of a dynamic and passionate team of professionals who work collaboratively in an agile environment. Reporting to the Senior Director, you will engage with a diverse group of Product Owners and advisors, benefiting from a wealth of expertise and perspectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in delivering solutions.
- Strong background in agile methodologies and project management.
- Familiarity with the banking product landscape.
- Ability to work effectively in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Capacity to maximize business value for both clients and the organization.
- Solid understanding of technical concepts with the ability to communicate them clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant educational background with substantial industry experience.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English and French is essential, as you will frequently engage with service providers and partners.
