Qualifications and Skills:
Active registration as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) Prior experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician is highly preferred Familiarity with KROLL Pharmacy systems in a long-term care context is a significant advantage Experience in Retail, Community, or Long-Term Care Pharmacy is strongly preferred Proficient computer and word processing skills Strong verbal and written communication abilities Capacity to perform effectively under pressure Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Competence in managing priorities in a time-sensitive setting; strong organizational skills are essential Willingness to accept coaching and feedback for quality improvement processesKey Attributes for Success:
