We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Worker to join our team at Greatland Farms LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to prepare for planting
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions
  • Mix and apply fertilizers to promote healthy crop growth
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure maximum yields
  • Weed and fertilize crops to prevent pests and diseases
  • Harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure quality and freshness
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Hire and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
  • Perform general farm duties as required
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with a 30 to 40 hour workweek
  • Fluency in English
