About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Satellite Antenna Engineer to join our team at MDA Space. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing satellite antenna systems that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop satellite antenna systems, including feed systems, reflectors, and feed networks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna systems with spacecraft and ground systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports
  • Conduct performance analysis and simulations to ensure antenna systems meet requirements
  • Participate in testing and validation of antenna systems to ensure compliance with specifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in satellite antenna design and development
  • Strong understanding of radio frequency engineering principles and antenna theory
  • Experience with CAD tools, such as ANSYS or CST Studio Suite
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
