About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Satellite Antenna Engineer to join our team at MDA Space. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing satellite antenna systems that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop satellite antenna systems, including antenna arrays, feed systems, and waveguide components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate antenna systems with satellite platforms and ground systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Conduct performance analysis and simulations to optimize antenna system design and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and innovations in satellite antenna systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in satellite antenna design and development.
  • Strong understanding of radio frequency engineering principles and antenna theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools, such as ANSYS or CST, and programming languages, such as Python or MATLAB.
