- Engage in marketing initiatives to promote sales.
- Document all visitors in the customer relationship management system.
- Track and manage customer interactions through the CRM.
- Articulate the unique benefits and features of our homes.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably in new home sales.
- Experience in roles focused on customer satisfaction and sales achievement is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
