About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on all restaurant equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • System Repair and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Equipment Repair: Fix restaurant equipment such as fridges, stoves, fryers, and other appliances.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with restaurant equipment during your shift.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform all cleaning and maintenance duties as needed to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • HVAC Certification: Possess a valid TSSA certificate (G.3, G.2 or G.1).
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license (G2 or higher) and have access to a vehicle at all times.
  • Communication Skills: Be able to follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Safety Awareness: Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety guidelines and policies and be able to work safely.
  • Teamwork: Be a positive and professional team player who is willing to learn and work collaboratively with others.
