Construction Craftsman

Rana Development Ltd. is seeking a skilled Framing Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our projects.

• Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs for projects, taking into account building codes and regulations.
• Site Preparation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements, and prepare layouts accordingly.
• Construction and Installation: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
• Finishing Touches: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Project Management: Schedule and coordinate work on sites, survey building locations and levels, and maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings.

• Physical Demands: The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling, as well as handling heavy loads.
• Work Conditions: The work environment is physically demanding, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
