We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer to join our dynamic team at Black & McDonald Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Azure, including Web Apps and Azure SQL.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Code Quality: Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ASP.NET and C#.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in full lifecycle development.
  • Database Design: Strong experience with SQL Server and database design.
  • Azure Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, including Web Apps and Azure SQL.
  • Software Architecture: Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • RESTful APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Front-end Technologies: Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Azure Repos, GIT.
  • Ai and Automation: Knowledge of AI and automation technologies, such as machine learning frameworks is beneficial.
  • JD Edwards: Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne is beneficial.
