Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Arc'teryx Limited. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a high-performing team, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead a team of product guides and sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Guest Experience and Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Store Operations and Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and goals
- Community Involvement and Events
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with the local community and promote the brand
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and guest engagement
- Collaborate with the community marketing manager to develop and execute community outreach programs
- Leadership and Management Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of leadership and retail management experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
- Business Acumen and Financial Management
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales growth
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and stakeholders
- Education and Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant certifications or training in retail management or a related field
- Competitive Salary and Bonus Structure
- Salary range: $56,000 - $77,000 per year
