Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

Sizzling Wok is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
