Job Title: Renovation Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Carpenter to join our team at Ecotech Restoration Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for renovating and restoring residential and commercial properties to their former glory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Work Environment:

As a Renovation Carpenter, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying locations, including residential and commercial properties. You will be exposed to noisy and dusty conditions, and will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the trade.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.

  • Accurate and reliable.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
