Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Truck Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate the movement of goods, including dispatching drivers, monitoring routes, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor Operations: Monitor the performance of our truck fleet, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities for our truck drivers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure Safety: Ensure that all safety regulations are followed, including regular vehicle inspections and maintenance.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
