About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Pharmacist to join our team at 9090-1349 Québec inc. As a Community Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Counseling: Advise customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medications, ensuring they understand the benefits and potential risks associated with each product.
  • Prescription Review: Check prescriptions for proper dosage and ensure that medications are dispensed accurately and safely.
  • Compounding: Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products by calculating, measuring, and mixing the right quantities of drugs and other ingredients.
  • Medication Management: Maintain medication profiles of customers, including registries of poisons and narcotics, and ensure that all medications are stored and handled properly.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and technicians, ensuring that the pharmacy operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Earned a doctorate degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate for this position and have experience working in a community or retail pharmacy setting.
  • Certifications: Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
