About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Pharmacist to join our team at 9090-1349 Québec inc. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Expertise: Provide expert advice to customers on the selection and use of non-prescription medications, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Prescription Review: Carefully review prescriptions to ensure proper dosage and accuracy, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.
  • Compounding and Dispensing: Compound prescribed pharmaceutical products with precision, measuring and mixing the right quantities of drugs and ingredients to meet individual patient needs.
  • Medication Profiles: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication profiles for customers, including registry of poisons and narcotic and controlled drugs.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the storage, packaging, and distribution of medicinal products, ensuring seamless operations and efficient inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of other pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, pharmacy technicians, and other staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Hold licensure by provincial or territorial authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on accuracy, dependability, and initiative.
