About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Mixer Driver to join our team at 8894205 Canada Corp. as a Ready-Mix Truck Driver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload concrete mix from our trucks to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of our vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, delivery schedules, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Possess a valid Air Brake (Z) Endorsement and a Driver's License (Class 3 or D).
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of concrete mixing and transportation.
  • Physical Demands: Be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, as the job requires frequent lifting and bending.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors, and be exposed to varying weather conditions.
  • Shift Work: Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
