Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Cardiac Care Program at Southlake Regional Health Centre. As a key member of our interprofessional team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of patients through our program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Triage coordinators and PFN/Charges to coordinate patient flow activities
  • Oversee daily staffing and ensure quality of patient care delivery
  • Implement evidence-based practices and lead the team in patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with the manager on human resource responsibilities, including recruitment and performance evaluation
  • Liaise with the inter-professional team to ensure excellence in patient care
Qualifications
  • RN Certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing Science (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2-5 years recent and relevant cardiac care experience
  • CNO, RNAO, other professional affiliations as appropriate
