About the Role:
As a Retail Store Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our wide range of paint and decorating products. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including paint, coatings, and decorating supplies
* Use product knowledge to make recommendations and provide solutions to customers' needs
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:
* 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
