Job Title: Rental Applications Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Applications Administrator to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our business operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our rental applications process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our rental applications process, including data entry and follow-up research.
- Assist business operations through follow-up, research, and analysis of rental applications and field staff enquiries.
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Operations Supervisor and Administrators as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years post-secondary education or 2 years equivalent workplace experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledgeable in database management and strong data entry skills.
- Understanding of residential property management or real estate.
- Working knowledge of Yardi is an asset.
