About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Ricky's Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train cooking staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared consistently
  • Monitor inventory and requisition supplies as needed
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new recipes and menu items
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Cook Trade Certification and Food Safety Certificate
