International Student Enrolment Coordinator

This casual position coordinates the day-to-day international student recruitment and enrolment operations of the International Education department at Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the Registrar's Office, Foreign Credential Assessment Unit, and other departments to facilitate international student applications and admissions.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and maximize international student enrolment, including creating and analyzing application and enrolment reports.
- Provide ongoing support to potential international students, including responding to inquiries, phone calls, and emails, and providing logistical support for events and deployments.
- Implement the international student recruitment strategy through developing and delivering recruitment presentations, liaising with recruitment agents, and providing support in the development of contracts and agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a combination of academic and related work experience.
- Three years' recent experience in admissions, marketing, and recruitment, with international recruitment experience being an asset.
- Demonstrated intercultural competence, values diversity, and has knowledge of emerging markets and trends for international student recruitment.
- Ability to understand IRCC policies and procedures, exceptional organizational and time management skills, and ability to work within diverse groups and structures.
