Position Overview:

The Nurse Call & RTLS Technician will play a crucial role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of various healthcare technologies, with a primary focus on Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) and nurse call solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair RTLS and nurse call systems
  • Identify and resolve issues related to network electronic systems
  • Commission front-end workstations and servers
  • Conduct onsite validation and testing of systems
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Effectively communicate project progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in RTLS and nurse call systems
  • Proficient in computer networking
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in the healthcare technology field
