Key Responsibilities
- Order Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor and follow up on order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and issues.
- Supply Chain Coordination
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Customer Communication
- Provide timely and accurate updates to customers on order status.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment and supply chain performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, logistics, supply chain management).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies, particularly root cause analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
