Marketing Data & Insights Analyst

At PointClickCare, we're seeking a skilled Marketing Data & Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable insights to support our growth strategy.
  • Track and measure digital performance across all technology platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with planned KPIs.
  • Develop and execute insights strategies to optimize customer responses to marketing messages, buying paths, and create action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and SLA compliance.
  • Lead the marketing analytics team as a project manager, maintaining documentation and data governance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, degree, or relevant certifications in Data Management, Analytics, Mathematics, and/or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of Digital B2B Marketing Analytics and/or performance measurement experience.
  • Awareness of current and future industry trends related to Buyer Journey Engagement.
  • Experience in analyzing content performance to optimize content strategy.
  • Proficiency in using tools to gather data and translate it into actionable growth strategies.

  • Business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to obtain consensus among multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborative teamwork orientation in a changing environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.

Knowledge:

  • B2B digital marketing ecosystem and its measurement.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

$85,000 - $92,000 a year

At PointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package. The Canada base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $92,000, plus bonus and benefits, overtime eligible.
