About the Role

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Establish and implement organizational objectives, formulate policies and programs, and allocate resources to achieve business goals.
  • Leadership and Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, and delegate authority to ensure effective working conditions.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Operational Oversight: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and authorize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and large workload.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, interpersonal awareness, and team player.
