Job Title: Operations Vice President

Cold Iron Truck Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 32 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
