Mold Masters is seeking a Sales Engineer for Technical Solutions to oversee application activities within a designated region. The Sales Engineer will serve as the primary liaison for clients, collaborating with various departments to ensure order fulfillment and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
- Develop and present detailed quotations for proposed solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure customer specifications are met.
- Organize and facilitate technical meetings to clarify project requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend simulation analyses to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and coordinate with Master Care when necessary.
- Travel to customer locations as needed to support project execution.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A university degree or college diploma in Engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for entry-level roles.
- 5-8 years of experience in an engineering capacity within the plastic injection molding sector for more advanced positions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.
- Previous roles as a Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or Tool and Die Maker are beneficial.
