About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at ADEC ADESA Auction Canada Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the wholesale market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Boost dealer purchase behavior in assigned regions on our platforms
  • Enhance buyer penetration and loyalty on our platforms
  • Maintain 100% Salesforce compliance for assigned accounts
  • Re-engage or reactivate sellers for our company
  • Handle and close all at-auction if-bids for our company
  • Maintain high conversion rates on all at-auction if-bids within your accounts
  • Collaborate with Dealer Relations and Outside Sales for customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales growth through innovative strategies
  • Utilize our technology to grow market presence
  • Generate revenue through ancillary services
  • Maintain customer relationships through communication and top-notch service
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a related field
  • Strong oral and telephone communication skills
  • General knowledge of automobiles and the automotive industry
  • Effective presentation abilities
  • Ability to persevere and stay positive in challenging situations
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Maintain quality output in high-pressure environments
  • Understanding of product promotion and sales techniques
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and Salesforce CRM is a plus
What We Offer

Competitive salary range from $21 to $24 per hour plus target-based sales bonuses
