Key Responsibilities:
As a Crushing Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our crushing and screening facilities. This will include:
- Managing a team of crew members to ensure smooth operations and efficient production
- Coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Planning and inventory management to optimize resource allocation
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Preparing reports for production and fuel usage
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction, with 3 years in a supervisory role
- Advanced knowledge of construction management, including safety compliance, scheduling, cost control, and quality control
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking software
- A construction-related diploma or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
