Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site leadership and direction for electrical crews
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while meeting budget requirements
  • Coordinate and plan all electrical aspects of a project, including estimating and material procurement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve crew productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with general contractors and sub-contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with Company safety policies and Worksafe NB regulations
  • Participate in toolbox talks and incident reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, operations, and HR teams

Requirements:

  • Red seal journeyperson electrician trade certificate
  • Experience in managing crews and customer relations
  • Experience in industrial and commercial electrical projects
  • Ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
