Job Responsibilities

The Lead Technician role is ideal for individuals seeking employment during the summer months who enjoy interacting with customers, delivering outstanding service, and working outdoors while enhancing their sales and service skills.

This position is vital to our operations at Grill Hero. As a Lead Technician, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of the barbecue industry by executing our cleaning services, enhancing the customer experience, managing your own supplies and equipment, and much more.

Lead Technicians have the potential to advance into Management, Regional Management, and Office roles, which may come with increased pay and responsibilities.

Key Duties

  • Cleaning barbecues at both commercial and residential sites
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Promoting products and additional services
  • Scheduling future appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining company supplies and equipment
  • Representing the company in the field
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physical labor and operate light equipment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Capable of understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation

  • Starting at $18 + Tips + Incentives (Most earn $20-$25/hr)
  • Performance bonuses and incentives
  • Tips
  • Mileage incurred during operations is compensated in addition to hourly pay
