Pension Administration Associate

Aon is seeking a dedicated Pension Administration Associate to join our growing team, specializing in Defined Benefit pension plans.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from our offices in Montreal or Toronto.
In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients by managing various aspects of their Defined Benefit pension programs. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation and success of these crucial retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for Defined Benefit pension plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues related to pension administration.
- Utilize your analytical skills to process data, generate reports, and contribute to the overall management of pension accounts.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting Defined Benefit pensions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Defined Benefit pension plans is essential.
- A background in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, or Finance is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of pension legislation and regulations is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for effective client interaction.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
