  • Oversee room bookings, including changes and cancellations
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities and services
  • Share insights about nearby attractions and points of interest
  • Handle guest departures, calculate charges, and process payments
  • Ensure financial accuracy and complete required reports
  • Monitor room availability, bookings, and assignments
  • Follow safety and emergency procedures diligently
  • Perform administrative duties such as faxing, filing, and copying
  • Manage phone communications, including taking messages and transferring calls
  • Assist guests with specific needs or requests
  • Organize wake-up calls for guests upon request
  • Support light housekeeping duties as needed
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
