Presently, VRIFY's AI-driven mineral targeting solutions and immersive 3D and 360° presentations are utilized by a global network of mining firms to enhance their investment prioritization and provide investors with impactful visual narratives about their operations. Our vision is to create an environment where no mining investment decision is made without the insights provided by VRIFY.

VRIFY is in search of a Strategic Business Analyst to assist in our growth and transformation initiatives. Your role will include:

  • Staying aligned with corporate priorities
  • Identifying and addressing process inefficiencies
  • Becoming an expert in Asana (prior experience is essential)
  • Maintaining integrity in our competitive analysis
  • Ensuring data quality across all platforms
  • Serving as the primary contact for reports and dashboards
In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in data analysis, process enhancement, and project management support. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, market analysis, and technology deployment to propel our business forward, as well as redesigning and managing our Asana platform to ensure it meets our organizational workflows and project management requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning Support
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Help define and track business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
Project Management and Support
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
Process Improvement
  • Assess and enhance existing business processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document and communicate new processes and procedures.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement process modifications and ensure compliance.
Asana Management
  • Evaluate current Asana usage and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Redesign and configure Asana to align with company workflows and project management needs.
  • Train team members on new Asana processes and features.
  • Maintain Asana by regularly updating workflows, adding new users, and troubleshooting issues.
Market and Client Research
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.
Compliance
  • Monitor internal systems and report on adherence to compliance requirements.
Qualifications:

Required:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Asana Administrator, including building Portfolios, Projects, Reports, Dashboards, and workflow pipelines.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Familiarity with Python, Javascript, Zapier, and API integrations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset, constantly seeking innovative solutions.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $80,000-$100,000 CAD, based on experience
