About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at IG Painting. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our painters and labourers with various tasks related to construction and painting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with construction and painting tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and cleaning up job sites.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently, including power tools and hand tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is not required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
  • Own transportation to and from job sites.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment as required.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
